These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.platinumtaxtech.com and the services of Platinum Tax & Tech LLC ("Platinum Tax & Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Platinum Tax & Tech is a tax service bureau. We help new and existing tax offices with business setup guidance, EFIN application guidance, tax software access through our bureau, branding, websites, CRM tools, training and marketing support. Specific services, pricing and deliverables are set out in your service agreement.

2. No guarantee of results

We provide tools, training and support. We do not guarantee any level of income, number of clients, IRS approval of an EFIN or PTIN, or any other outcome. Your results depend on your own work, pricing, compliance and market.

2a. Age requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or sign up for our text messages.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Obtain and maintain any licenses, PTINs, EFINs and registrations your business requires
• Follow IRS rules, due diligence requirements and all applicable laws when preparing returns
• Keep your login details secure

4. SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)

Program name: Platinum Tax & Tech Customer Care.

Description: When you opt in, Platinum Tax & Tech LLC sends text messages about your inquiry, appointment reminders and confirmations, account and service updates, and customer care. If you separately agree to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional offers and updates about our programs.

How to opt in: You opt in by entering your phone number and checking the consent box on our sign up form at www.platinumtaxtech.com/opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, sign up again on our opt in page.

Age requirement: You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Payments

Fees for our services are listed in your service agreement or at checkout. Unless your agreement says otherwise, payments for setup packages and training are non refundable once services or course access have been delivered.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, training materials, templates and branding provided by Platinum Tax & Tech are owned by us or our licensors. You may use materials provided to you for your own business but may not resell, copy or share them without our written permission.

7. Third party services

Some services, such as tax software, refund processing and payment tools, are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third party providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Platinum Tax & Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
